Cannot adjust TCS/ASM in race

Just loaded my game and found that I can't adjust TCS or ASM with the quick-tune menu in race for some reason. The options are grayed out. I can change them in Driving Options just fine, but the moment I get on the track, it won't let me, even if they're not set to off. Regulations do allow for it to be on. Did I click a setting I didn't know of or something?
 
I have that too, from what i can tell, 1.05 messed up with save data. if you back up save then start new game, it work just fine.......

So basically the current save data is screwed? Haha. People won't be happy about that. The biggest point of the DFGT was to change all that stuff. I can see the hate mail flooding.
 
For me as a DS3 user this is just pure cheating, more so than doing the bday exploit and duping cars from savegames.

Every DS3 user has to "guess" the conditions of the track and set those values before the race, with no option to change it. (at least I haven't found one yet). The bday exploit + duping cars don't really affect online races, but giving some players the possibility to change essential car handling settings during the race and some not is just weird and as I said above, I think this is "legal" cheating.
 
I'm sure PD have noticed this glitch and the greyed out options in race and will fix out soon.

Go into your Controls menu and you can set access to the quick-tune menu from there, even on a DS3.

The weird thing about this, though, is that I've done several races since 1.05 came out, and it worked just fine.

I programed my DS3 to be able to use these values on track. Not sure if it is still working but I know it did.

I am having the same problem using a DS3 yesterday i could change TCS but now i cant, all other options (ABS F/R brakes) still work.
 
Its the same for wheel users as well, the 1.05 patch removed the ability to adjust the in race settings on some modes. Licence tests and some special events for example.
