Cannot connect to Server

Is anyone else always getting these messages? I'm getting it nearly once/twice a week... Means I can't do the seasonals or play online :( And it causes a nasty long wait when I go into GT Life which means I normally log out of PSN to avoid this. Anyone else got this?
 
hi, I got this problem at the beginning when servers were very buisy, now it works not all the time but most of it well. sometimes have to restart the game so online works again.

PS. Check your NAT type (if its 3 its BAD) if 2 you are using router if 1 you are connected directly to ps3 and its good!

How good is your internet? if its slow its BAD.. GT needs a good internet connection.

I remember some of my PSN friends had same problems. now it works fine for them.. the cause was server overload (too much people try to play online).. now its fixed as far as I know.. still I get major freeze when I try to refresh online list or create game online.. sometimes works just fine.
 
The thing is, 2 days ago I was fine. I have 100 MB Broadband, and I have a NAT 2 type, but it's Open on Black Ops.. Normally it's fine, but sometimes it's just a joke... I guess it's annoying when you really want to use the online features and you can't. I will try the DNS thing tonight, but I remember I already have a DNS set up... Maybe I will try and change it.
