Cannot enter FiA nation's race

I cannot enter tonight's nation's race because "There are no cars that meet the regulations"

Is anyone else having this issue?

Do you need to buy the Lamborghini? I think that was the nation’s one make.

I do not own that car. In previous seasons you were loaned a car, is this no longer the case?

It may not be. I feel like I’ve had to buy the cars when that happened, but haven’t had that problem in a few weeks and can’t remember.

This is rather unfortunate... I wish they did not make this change. I'm very surprised more people are not upset about this

I guess enough people have the car already or didn’t mind buying it. I have more credits than cars I want, maybe others are in the smart boat.

It appears to be the same for the daily races too... Meh

Bummer, sorry. Will have to buy the cars it would seem. Try to think of it as another thing to work for in the game. I already bought the cars I want and now just wait to win the others, unless there comes a race that requires something I don’t have, then I take the opportunity to buy it. I have excess funds though, which makes that easier to do.
