I cannot find anywhere in used car dealership or new car section a Tommykaira ZZ11 00, as i was recommended this as my second car after the MX-5, please can you help.

There is one that i can see in the used car dealership but im level 13 at the moment and you need to be level 15 to buy it >.< anyway that i could purchase this would be helpfull.
