Cannot register for GT Academy, Netherlands

Hi,

Yesterdag I tried to register for the GT Academy but it failed stating that the country I am located in is not part of this event.
Well, I am located in the Netherlands and my PSN account also states this country...so it should work.

I used my laptop to register...Explorer doesn't work for the registerpage so I had to install google Chrome.
(I was still in GT5 at that moment, logged onto the PSN)

I am puzzled by this...what is going wrong?

Fixed! I got myself registered yesterday using my laptop and PS3 not logged on.
I think it was the "double" PSN logon attempt that messed things up ;)

Have a nice weekend.....I have 15 seconds to find on the track :P
 
I'm having the same issue, after spending a while trying before finding out I couldn't log in using IE I now get the comp isn't in the country my ID is registered in, I'm in the UK, my ID is registered here and I have tried using my laptop with the PS3 logged out and again using the PS3 browser, but I just keep getting the same message.
