I am a bit lueless here, but for some reason, my computer has reconverted GT Planet to read as GTP8 (or whatever the old design may be) and I cannot access any member lists. Has this problem already been encountered by anybody else?
Scroll all the way down to the bottom, and in that last blue bar you will see "view all users" as a link. click that and it should send you to the member lists.
This is something new with GTP 9.1, so you might be confusing the new one with the older one.
Did you watch the Superbowl?
