Can't access old account along with email :(

Hi I am a user of the site my old username was tonyt3rry thing is I can't access my old email account xxx@hotmail.com (I know some forums don't allow full emails I thought I'd give the end of it) I can provide some security questions if possible as I'd like my username back that I use for my psn.
