Almost certainly a virus. If the scans turn up nothing or you can't remove the infection, try booting into safe mode and re-scanning.

To boot into safe mode, restart the PC, hold the F8 button on the keyboard and a menu should come up asking what you'd like to boot into. Choose Safe Mode. Then once Windows has loaded, re-scan (and hopefully fix the problem)

Thanks, I got it working. Just by scanning, deleting and such.
