Cant center Fanatec GT3 in GT6

Recently picked up GT6 to use with my Fanatec wheel. Got everything set up and runs great. Only problem im having is the wheel is slightly off center. The wheel was always centered on PC. Just cant seem to figure out how to center it. Anyone here using a GT3 RS to play GT6?
 
You have the GT3 RS v1 or 2? Anyway try this:

Wheel Center
Base Button
1 2
1. Bring the wheel into PC mode and turn it to its
center position, then press and hold L3 Button and R3
Button at the same time.
3. Press Base Button.
4. Release all three buttons.
 
I'll give that a try when I get back home.

I have v2. Also tried what's in the manual but that didn't work.

I'll report back once I've tried it.
