Can't change livery!

The collection doesn't appear on Home and Change Livery.

I have livery I have done myself in collection and favourites but when I want to implement it to another car, they don't show up in Home Screen.

Is it a glitch only I have or does someone else had it and solved it?
 
Have you uploaded the livery after saving? Even if you don't share it you must still upload it to be able to use it.

Go back into the editor, re-save it and after it saves successfully select 'yes' when it asks if you want to upload. You can check the box to apply and it will even put it on for you.
 
Apparently I got it totally wrong, it's not possible to use the livery from one car to another, you can only change between the same car.
So that means you have to do livery for every car, so boring, I wanted the same on a lot of cars.

Yes, that's true. Each one must be separate even if it's a different version of the same model (Corvette Gr.3 and Gr.4). However, once you create the livery a couple times it becomes very easy to quickly recreate it on other cars. I have a personal livery I use in the FIA races that I've recreated on probably 20+ cars. I created a favorites folder with the decals I use and can knock one out in about 15 minutes.
