Can't download DLC

Hi guys! As I said, I cannot download DLC cars. 2014 Corvette Stingray Final Prototype or Scion FR-S '12 don't even show up in my PS Store, and when I try to download them Gran Turismo's official site (link) it asks for my username, then says "you're not eligible to download this content".

I'm guessing it's because of my location -Turkey- but this seriously annoying... I paid the same price for the game, so why can't I access downloadable content? Is there anything I can do to get the cars?

I had the same problem in Brasil, i couldn't download the Honda weider.....

Do like this.

Open an US account
Buy PSN credit with paypal.
Then credit your US account and buy all DLC you want with it.
After this you don't need to use your US account to play, but all the accounts including your Turkey account you have registered on your PS3, will have access to the DLC you've bought with your US account.

Problem solved, thanks :)

I first tried opening a US account, but it wouldn't recognize the cars I downloaded. Then I tried a UK account, which worked. I'm guessing the game checks if your game version and account location matches, because I have the European version of the game.
