Run an internet test, in your Network setup for the ps3. Should clear it up, but if not, reset your modem.

I'd either try i a few times or wait a while before trying. PS3 error code 80710736 is an error regarding server time outs, either your side or PSN. If its from PSN, you'll have to wait and try to download later on when things are less congested. If its on your end, and it happens quite often, your router or ISP is the issue. You either need a better ISP (Internet Service Provider), or factory reset your modem/router.

Most routers and modems can be factory reset by a small button on the back, or by logging into the router/modems firmware and manually reset it. Check your manual or website for your router/modem.
