Can't get into seasonals/lobby/OCD even though signed in online

Hello

My little cousin has been facing this very weird problem. He has a new GT5 game, and after doing all the updates he signed in but he can't access any of the online features (Open Lobby / Seasonal / OCD).

It's as if the game does not see that he is online. I noticed this happened before to me but leaving GT Home signing in then going back in fixed it. For him we tried everything even restarting the system and it didn't work.

Anyone here know a solution to this?

First thing we tried. Didn't work.

The following did not work:

Signing in at the GT menu then going into GT Home

Signing in from the XMB menu then entering the game.

Turning off the PS3 and restarting it...signing in then playing the game.

Nothing worked and I have no clue why.
 
Back
