Cant get my cars dirty

It wont get like brown mud on it or anything. It will just look dull and it wont sparkle. Try the SVT Cobra Mustang, it is VERY sparkly and gets dull in like 2 seconds. Take it to Midfield and drive around in the dirt for 5 minutes. You'll see.

The cars don't so much 'get dirty' as they just get less shiny. There is a difference, but it's pretty small.

But hey, for 50 credits, it doesn't cost much to wash 'em after every series.
 
does your car still get dirty from spinning on the road, or does it have to go onto the dirt?

it still gets dirtier but alot slower.

Have you noticed that when the Speed 6 (Orange one) gets dirty it turns like **** brown and very quickly. I think it is because the irridescant colours are pretty taxing on the PS2 to render.
 
i've never had the Speed 12 in that particular color...they look better IMO in blues and greens.
...which must be killer to render.

I am talking about a Speed 6 but whatever, its the same deal anyways.,
 
:thatsodd:????was there word about me??hehehe :D.yes,I would have to agree with 12 sec. cause if you get a Tuscan Speed 6/12 dirty..damn,is it dirty :lol:!but then again,if you ever do what I do and go on Midfield and do a 60 lap free run (consecutively!) then you'll get a dirty car :lol:,but it'd be even worse if you did 60 laps consecutively on a RALLY course,such as Tahiti Maze or something of the such.hell,your cars can get dirty just by sitting in the garage too long :lol:!since I've raced with my AE86 Trueno (Shigeno Version) for a REEEEEEALLY long time..I never raced anymore with my regular AE86,so it started collecting dust out of nowhere!so did my Silvia..damn Iketani...,hehehe :p.But anyways,yeah,the Tuscan,you can get hella dirty,pretty easily,or...you could try my idea :D.It's just which ever one you think would be best for you.

P.S. :lol: what was that whole thing about Gettin' down n' dirty with AE Driver and someone beatin' me in an FF challenge?lol!it just all sounded to funny at once when I read it,so I was like :thatsodd:????besides,the only FF vehicle I drive is my Spoon Civic,the rest are FR vehicles :D
 
of course I'd try to beat you!hehehe,the Trueno is not a car that a driver must learn to drive,because the Trueno teaches the driver,so I'm a quick learner :p!my AE86 Trueno (Shigeno Version) has had a deduction of 7 HP,cause it has over 2,100 miles on it,so I've raced with it a couple of times :D,oh,and by the way,just to post this info on here...I FINALLY BEAT THE TIME TRIALS DAMNIT!!!!! :lol: :D :p :thatsodd: :thatsodd: :) :D :D :D,I really like my smiles! :D :D :D

hey guys, u wanna see a car go really dull, and mean REALLY... but the speed six, thats the CHAMELION colour. im not asure on which one it was, but get the one that goes green + orange + purple in one. u know the one. race it in trial mountain for about 3 laps and then go to the car wash. THEN look at it, and then wash it, YOULL DEFO SEE THE DIFFERENCE !!!
 
Well, as answered before the cars just get less shiny.
 
hey Jetstorm,I'd really like to race against ya :D!that would be soooo awsome!I really wish there was an online version of GT3,instead of just an I-Link battle ya know :p.oh yeah,Jetstorm,I gotta question for ya..just outta curiousity.Do you race with cars higher or lower than 500 HP?I'm just curious,cause I usually go with cars lower than 500 HP :).hell,I even detuned my Skyline (R32 V-Spec II) down to 465 HP,just to prove to my friend that I could beat him with a car lower than 500 HP :lol:.not only that,but I had better control of that heavy bastard anyways :p.I was just curious though Jetstorm,so reply ASAP,and no I don't race against F1s! :p
