Cant get online with Far Cry (PC version)

I tried for an hour last night and cant get online. It accepts my username and password but then asks for a key code or something similar. I enter it then I see the rooms. I go to enter the rooms and then it sais I cant connect. After that I am booted and have to start all over again. Once that happens it does not recognize my key code any more. So I still havent been able to play in any rooms with Far Cry. :grumpy:
