Cant get rid of black border in game screen

I adjusted screen settings, when finished it says to adjust the border to fit the screen go to HOME-SETTINGS-VIDIO.
When in HOME I can only find OPTIONS, which takes me right back to where I was. Where did I go wrong?

You have to go to the settings screen for the console, not the game. It had me scratching my head for a minute until I figured it out.
