Can't Get VRHive to work

as the title says i can't get VRHive to work. http://www.vrhive.co.uk/clickonce/vrhive/publish.htm

my game is installed on a different drive I am not sure if that matters. Hopefully somebody knows how to set this up.

when i open vrHive and Launch Project Cars, vrHive still says ''Status:Waiting for game to start'' vrHive is at the same pc as Project Cars is running at
