Can't install the latest update

Hey guys, whenever I try to install the latest update for gt5 it says error 80710723. What does that mean? I really need the update to use my academy edition DLCs. Need help

It's downloading till 80% now but after that it's again saying the same thing

do you have a modem/router it does not matter which one you got just turn it off for 30 seconds and turn in on again wait for 2 minutes and than redo your updates and see what happens.
