Can't Join a Daily Race?

Everytime I try to try to join a Daily, I'm getting a Tag Heuer ad with "Qualifying" greyed out.

My only options are "Cancel" and when I click that I have to clicks "Yes" I am sure and nothing. I have to restart the app.

Is this related to the server issues?
 
Make sure you choose a (the?) race that says "Race Entry Open".
It looks like the race you can enter is rotating between the 3 available.
 
Nah my entry was open got a screen to start Qualifying but was greyed out, couldn't leave without closing game.
Happened 3 times today, but after my 1st post in this thread I haven't had a problem getting into a race the rest of tonight.
