Can't leave the pits - new bug?

I've seen this a few times now but only in the last week. When you try and go to track in practice the game puts you about 100m before the start/finish line and you can't move.

But if the host starts the race, everything is fine.

Rejoining the lobby has no effect. Restarting the ps5 has no effect. Restarting the lobby has no effect.
