So I won a Lvl. 12 Ticket, then tried opening it from Car Exchange, but the game just freezes.
Quit the game, started it again, tried opening the ticket from Items, froze again.
Won some more tickets, now I have 7, still freezes.
I tried searching for a solution, and one way to fix this is to have a friend send you any item, but none of my friends have GT5, and the servers are down anyway.
I also tried getting a new paint item by buying a cheap car, and clearing the network cache, still didn't work.
