Cant reach A+

I am currently A Driver rating with a full bar. Since then I raced about 15 races and always finished P3 or better (only the last race was P4), with most players beeing A and some A+. Why am I not reaching A+, despite gaining DR so many races in a row? Can someone help me

Is your Sportsmanship Rating at S? If not you won't be able to rank up your DR either.
 
Where you finish is not the issue, it is who you beat. It is likely you are beating the A drivers and losing to the few A+ guys so you're not gaining DR points. You need to beat A+ drivers regularly to get to A+.
