Can't receive gift item

Hi,
I was trying to clone cars and created 2 accounts on my PS3. To cur long story short, currently my 'community' in my primary account has a star as I have a gift item from my secondary account. The problem is when I try to receive the gift card by clicking 'Yes', nothing happens. That means I can't receive it (in the past, when I received the gift item, there will be a delivery in the big trailer) and the star always appears in the 'community' icon. I tried to delete the gift card but then it gives me an 'upload failed' error message.
I don't believe it is a bad internet connection as I have to login to go to my community.
Please help
 
Yes, I used to have that problem for over 5 months. Lol and I learnt to live with it.

But one day it fixed itself. How it was fixed was when someone else sends you some items, you choose receive all items instead. And hopefully that will solve your problem. I think I got another car that time and received all items.

Thanks for the tips. Problem solved. I sent a car from my secondary account to my primary account. Then click receive all. All gift cards received ok and messaged cleared.
