Can't seen to find my "temporary internet files" Folder.

Yeah, I can't find it ever since...I don't know when. I need to find it because Norton is finding adware in that folder. True, I can just go in the internet options and delete the files, but it keeps on freezing and wont complete the delete.

Any help would be apprecaited.
 
C:\Documents and Settings\Whoever\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
 
In the filebar(is that what it's called?), or the bar at the top of the window, while browsing a folder, click View -> Folder Options -> Show hidden files and folders. That should work.
