Can't send private messages

i'm tying to send a PM to a moderator for the GTP_Registry Qualifier but this is what it tells me....
"superspacezova, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

can someone help me please?

First of all, capitalize properly and refrain from using "txt spk" in your posts. You can't yet PM people because you don't have the required amount of posts that unlock that privilege. I'm pretty sure you can still send any moderator a visitor message, however. If you need to speak to someone that will be your best bet until you become part of the community. Go to their public profile and leave them a message in the little box that's there.
