Can't top up phone (STUPID VIRGIN/BOOST)

I don't know what the problem is, but it needs fixed and fixed NOW. Went to top up my pre-paid phone and I can't...'cause Virgin Moblie and Boost Mobile are having network issues. Yeah, hurry up and get your crap fixed. Some of us NEED our phones.

If your that unhappy with them change provider. Although is it that simple in the US?

I'm not unhappy with the service. I'm just mad 'cause I can't add more minutes to my phone.
