Excause me , I can skip the opening video , confirm the user agreement , but I can't typing any text while I need to enter my name , even using windows touch keyboard .....

Hi, don't you have a normal keyboard? I don't think that it supports an on-screen keyboard like that.
It also doesn't support a mouse. Yes that's right - no mouse support - on a PC game...in 2020. I would giggle if it wasn't so ridiculous.
