Can't watch HD videos

You'll need Windows Media Player since they are in WMV-HD format.

Yeah I can't watch them either :odd:

I also have to newest version of WMP. But when I click on the link it takes me to the galleries section . Really odd.

Ciao!

Yep, that's the one. I doesn't even load the video, not even pressing the buttons.

Ciao!

"Buttons" you mean the WMP controls? Have you tried ALL of the videos or is it just a few? What browser are you using?

I'm using FireFox 1.5.0.7

I've tried all the videos and none of them work for me.

Has anybody else noticed this?

EDIT: I'll get you a screen shot if it helps.

Here it is. You see? nothing, nada, zero

Ciao!

It works here. I just have to wait a long while for it to download before I could play it. Mind you, I am using WMP 11 Beta...

i'm using Firefox 2.0, and Windows Media Player 11 beta 2, and i can't watch them either

10 is not the latest version:sly:

Yes, I believe you all are not giving them enough time to download. These are HD clips and are extremely bandwidth intensive. Leave the window open for a few minutes and then hit the play button.

O well, I think 2 hours of waiting is enough. I have seen them already in the official site anyway but I just wanted to see how they worked out here at the site.

Ciao!

Well, I would like to get the issue resolved for other visitors who may be having the same problem. Have you tried watching them in Internet Explorer? What type of internet connection are you using?

WMP 10.00.00.4036 with FF 2.0 and DSL works just fine here. Just give it time to load before you hit play.

I still can't see the clips. I have IE, Windows media player 11 and I waited long enough to download. Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

Never mind. I was just able to watch a video.

I have the same problem here! Using fast connection, IE7 and WMP11 but nothing happens, cannot click anything at all..... Can I see them somewhere else?

Click on "Direct File Download" above each video description to save the file directly to your computer.

I was going to say the same thing, right click the file and click save link as. Put it on your desktop then you will know its done downloading. Thats what I did.

EDIT: Scratch that, it works most places. Just make sure it is saving as a video format. For this Jordan is right by clicking the link at the bottom of the page that says direct download /EDIT

i have Firefox 2.0.0.1 & windows media player 11 it works

how many KB/s are these videos recored on?

Somewhere I think media player tells you in its window. Otherwise right click the file, go to properties and click the summary tab on the top. Make sure it is at advanced (button near the bottom) it should say so there.
