Caps Lock Issue.

Why does my phone (3GS), sometimes start posting my CAPITAL letters as lower-case letters, completely out of the blue?

For e.g. (I'll give you a fairly recent one):

I'll post "86GT" (all capitals), however, when it gets posted it shows up as "86gt". Any ideas?

I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Maybe the anti-shout filter setting is still on?

You cannot make a post that only includes capitals. If all you post is capitals, the forum software will change it to lower case

86GT is (as far as the software is concerned) all caps.

That happends to my too

Even if I writte a simple sentence like:

Hello, how are you? , it will appear : hello , etc..

Or "" it will apear :d

But those are rare sort of lags I guess..

If you for some reason need to type a post with nothing but capital letters on it, you'll want to add a little lowercase letter somewhere in it (I like to type it in white with the smallest size possible to keep it out of sight) to avoid the filter kicking in.

Yeah, before I created this thread, I put a semi-colon after the word, and realised that it beat the 'filter'.

Don't ask why I used such an obscure character.

Anyway, daan kindly answered my question, so we can lock up here.
