I dont know how to chop cars with PHotoshop Elements 2.0...Is it possible or do I need different software? Layers maybe? I've looked at several tutorials and they all show different versions of PHotoshop or they have different buttons i guess....I dont know...I never read the manual I just learn as i go really....So please will someone help me out?!!
