Car color change

I just started a 24hr endurance race using an x2010. My x2010 is the standard blue but the car my Bob is using for this race is black. That's never happened to me on any other B spec race I've been in.

Is this a normal occurance?

Are you sure it just wasn't the lighting throughout the race that made it appear black?

No, that was my first thought also but it is definitly gloss black.

Ok...check that. I just watched it for a full lap and you were right...at one point, by the slow 90 degree right the light was different enough to see that it is indeed my blue car.
