Well just a cursory look at the page linked in the video, with noscript and etc running, it looks very much like the old get free stealth codes stuff with a redirect to a survey page.
So my gut says fake, virus, user beware, etc. But if anyone wants to enable scripts and flash and etc and check it out be my guest.

And really if i was going to hack into the save game and code a cheat program i think i would go for the carbon and the colored x1s not the vettle, and heck while i was at it i would be hacking the xp and level values for a-spec. I mean why not .

It's fake for sure. Do you notice that when he starts up the game he is already driving the X2010. Also, after I drove the **** out of my X2010 it lost horsepower and now has about 1465 but started with over 1500hp. This guy has been using it and just wants to give people viruses
it's fake he got all those cars from his friends and it clearly says you have to upload the cars you already own into the program to allow it to dupe the cars you cant just generate cars from it so obviously he got the cars from someone else or got them as rewards from races and if you pay attention it says you have received a gift car or something when he starts up the game
ive tried to download it, and when you try to download, it takes you to loads of surveys and says you have to complete one of them to download the file. so i did one, and it took me to a page to fill out my adress phne # and all of that, so i can garuntee this is fake. its not worth it risking my social security for a cheat.

First of all all he did was load up a different game save. One with the X1 and one without. Do not fall for this. Do you think there is a program that that can magically add cars to your game save? Dont be stupid and fall for this scam.
