Car gets stuck at Gear 4

I just got the BRZ Drift Car '17 (over 1000HP) but it can't get past gear 4 maxing out at 148mph. Any suggestions on tuning or parts I need to get?

That car only has 4 gears, if you want an extra gear and adjust the gear ratios try buying the racing transmission.

Pretty sure that car literally uses a NASCAR four-speed transmission.

Buy the racing transmission. Set the top speed to 420. Lower the aerodynamics and the body height adjustments to the lowest setting.
