Hi all how do u tell how fast a car goes on gt3 its real confusing is it ....................... ----CC??? ----rpm???

Cars on GT3 go very fast.

In order to tell just how fast, you'll need to ask it. Sometimes, that can be hard to do given the fact that they're going SO FAST that they can't hear you.

But you still need to ask it.

okay.... well.... your best bet is looking at the HP(horse power) that is your best indication of how "fast" a car is, but there are many, many other factors that you have to take into consideration.

the only wy to tell how fast a car is going in the game is to look at the speedo when driving.

CC is the displacement of the engine (cubic centimeters). it is the amount of air and fuel pulled through the engine in each cycle. in general, the more air and fuel burned, the faster the car goes. so a big engine will give you more speed. RPM is the speed that the engine turns. this can't really tell you the speed of the car. HP is good to look at. the more horsepower the engine generates, the more raw power it has. however the weight of the car is also important. a light car can go faster that a heavy car with equal horsepower. the power to weight ratio is a good indication of this. hope that helps.

As ZZII says, the simplest indication is the power to weight ratio. The lower the number the better, because it means each horsepower is carrying along less weight.

But that's only a very, very rough indicator. Handling is just as important, because there are low-power cars that can devastate more powerful opponents through better cornering speed.

Yes, here is a good experiment. Take a stock car. Take a run in 'Run and Setting' on any track. Go to the tuning shop and give it all the lightening stages. Go back to that same track and run again. Your time will improve and all you did was lighten the car. You also have to take in account the weight balance of the car. If there is more weight distributed over the dive wheels you are more likely to have better acceleration but on the other hand if more of the weight is on the turning wheels you tend to have better handling. This doesnt always apply though...
