i have been noticeing my corvett c5r has been slowly looseing hp and i cnat get it back and i change the oil all the time b4 the oil lite comes up so i am not running it on bad oil whats wrong with it and how can i get my hp back or prevent my cars from looseing hp
Sorry to say that your $hit outa luck. As cars get more and more miles on them, they slowly drop a couple hp here and there. theres no way around it or no way to get it back. The only thing to do about it is to use as many different cars as possible to not build up so many miles on one vehicle. Is Polyphony's way to simulate old and used up engines.

I know a way you can get the corvette back to its 0 mileage, you can go to the dealership and buy you a new one, save your settings and put it on the vette again.
Also, it amounts to about 3% of the total horsepower, which really isn't that much to worry about. It will bottom out after a few hundred miles and not get any worse, so don't worry about it.
