Today when I had the hood of my winter car open I noticed it made a strange sucking noise when I first pressed or tapped the throttle each time I pressed it, the car is a 2001 Renault Clio 1.2 16V if that helps?
Without knowing from whereabouts in the bay the noise was coming from more specifically, there's little constructive advice that can be given. I'd start by examining your intake tract for splits and tears and checking your air filter though.
