It gived you the ability to:

1)Spawn any car in any garage
2)Spawn as many as you want
3)Make any car bullet proof, explosion proof...(as long as you have a prexisiting BP, EP car. Kind a cheap, but if i can spawn as many cars as i want outta one BP patriot, i could have a whole fleet of BP Mr Whoopies! Plus with a never ending supply of BP cheetah's the possibilties are limitless)
4)Use any color for any car. (only a few dont work)

Sounds cool, i'm reading the FAQ that they wrote on this, only catch is that you need a Gameshark/codebreaker/pro-action replay.

But you can assign it to a button combo, that way you dont need to restart everytime

I think its time to get my bro to buy a GS

I checked it out. Actually I spent about 15-20 minutes readin' about it and doin' some research. I came to the conclusion that it doesn't really appeal to me. I mean, I can just go to the export garages to get a car. I don't care what color it is. I dunno. It's kinda cool...I guess.
 
yeah its cool, but i dont have a gameshark and im not buying one judt to change the colour of my cars. i do want a light blue cop car though. :D
 
I like it cause i can now make any car i want BP and EP with only a tank being wasted, which i can get for free at the surplus place now:D
