K.I.T.T. Trans Am / Knight Rider

Aston Martin DB5 / 007

55' Gasser from Two Lane Blacktop, easily. Or the black one Harrison Ford drives in American Graffiti.

Or this:

Lightning McQueen. It's only the greatest movie of all time. /sarcasmsarcasmsarcasm

Only movie on the list to feature both Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

Yeah, there are definitely some nominees missing, but when I came up with the list I didn't want it getting obnoxious with choices. KITT... I was never a fan of the show, so I simply forgot about that one, lol. If The87Dodge actually goes through with posting up my Villains poll, that forgetfulness will probably become more evident; that one I struggled with.

Lightning McQueen, obvs. For being both the star car of the movie, and the star of the movie itself. Also, it's one of the few decent movies on the above list in the first place.

Tough choice for this round, ended up going with the '74 Eleanor. Love the original movie and that Eleanor is a beautiful & tough ol' girl.

My favorite isn't on the list.

You mean you don't like watching an entire crappy movie for 10 minutes of car chase?

I voted for Vanishing Point out of Kowalski needing a little love too. Plus, I pity the fool that left the A-Team van off the list.

Insta vote for 007, sorry

I was going to vote for General Lee, since the second-gen Charger is my favorite car on the list. But I decided not to vote for it since it had a Confederate flag on it (I'm very against them). So I went for the Bullitt, my second favorite.

Dominic wonders how his '70 is profoundly different than the '69 those evil Duke boys drove.

Went with the Italian Job Minis because the Trans Am polled isn't the '77-'78 model.

@Northstar My man, I feel bad for not fixing that myself but was his list anyway. I need to see the movie again but, the last chase of that movie? It's still on my head for so long since childhood. Especially that they ran out of budget too.

There's a lot for me to like in this list, but out of all of them; the 1968 Mustang GT that Steve Mcqueen drove in Bullitt is the car I would pick. The Mustang in general will always be one of my all time favorite cars and out of the 3 presented; I prefer a 1968 Mustang GT the most. It was in one of my favorite car chases and I just really like highland green.

I'm late, but I would have voted for Lightning McQueen because it's from my favorite anime*.

*It was supposed to be a joke.

Really not surprised at all about the winner, though I am that the Challenger came last. Still, it's cool to see the votes so spread out.

Yeah, it's a kind of a shocker that the Challenger got almost zero votes. Didn't think the DB5 would monopolize the entire poll, either.
