Car refresh ticket didn't work?

I wanted to bring my Ballade CRX back to stock, e.g. remove the stage tuning so I can do stock races with it. Isn't that what the refresh tickets are supposed to do? It also says right when you use the ticket, all parts, tuning, rims and paint would be removed.........when I clicked OK none of it was removed yet the ticket I used is gone. All the ticket did was put my miles at 0.

Did I not use the ticket correctly? Are the tickets glitched? Am I mis-informed on what these tickets are supposed to do?

All it does is remove miles and switches I think.

The refresh ticket only resets your mile back to 0. It doesn't remove any add-ons.

Damn, I was hoping it would remove stage tuning at least.

But the fact still remains that when you use the ticket it says everything will be removed, yet nothing is removed. It sounds to me like they just aren't working. I bet they are supposed to take off stage tuning as well just like they are supposed to remove rims, paint and parts.

Thanks for the info though. Now I know those tickets are basically useless to me.

It removes engine-break-in.
