Well, searching around didn't show me any threads like this in the GT3 section. 
Here is an attempt to bring this section back to life, a little. Someone posts how they feel about a certain car, and then rate it.
I'll start off.
Nissan Silvia K's 2000cc - A well balanced car that has a decent amount of HP to get you through some races in beginner league with ease. It can carve apexes if you want, and it can even drift if you want it to. Fully tuned, it can be a real monster for a 480HP car, it can maintain a drift very well, but also it can be civilized if you want it to be. It can beat a Corvette Race Car fully tuned, if you are a good driver.
I give this car an 8/10.
