i just wanted to expres my self as to how stupid the sale values are
i kept grinding for a 20mil car then when i finaly got it i went and buy the ford mark i at the same time got the 1000 ticket after buying the ford i dicided to use my ticket and gues what i got the ford mark again man i feel stupid now because the car cant be sold its goodbye 20 mill

i wish they change this to a more reasonable setting like u get half the money back

for someone correcting grammar, you have numerous mistakes yourself. don't correct people for doing something you cant even do yourself.

should be:

Where's the question? No where, that's where. oh and basic grammar, full stops, etc. are helpful.
