According to the "GT5 Colour Database v1.4", the "Carnival Metallic" color is a Jaguar-exclusive color, available from the following cars:
S-Type R '02
XJ220 '92
XKR Coupe '99
XKR R Performance '02

I happen to have three of that color.
You're more than welcome to two of them.
