I don't know what it is, but whenever I drive some cars they often have the tendency to go sideways whenever possible in a corner. While when I drive in Assetto Corsa I do not have this issue. (driving with sports soft or sometimes with race tyres)

I have pretty much disabled all the driving aids except ABS. And I am driving with a steering wheel

I am also disappointed with the clutch simulation, oh you have your clutch on 99,9%? well, you are now not going into gear! because that's totally how a car works!

Hmm, me and my friend just tried noth AC and GTS last week. We took the Z4 GT3 around Suzuka in both of them and used RH tires in GTS and similar tires in AC.
We couldn't tell any major differences in the grip and overall the cars felt quite similar, apart from the FFB sensation in AC which is on a completely different level than the GTS.

But that goes for the Racing tires. The Sports tires do seem to have too little grip in GTS. We would need something like Sport Supersoft to make the gap between SS and RH a little smaller.

They already increased the grip level of all comfort and sport tires.

I do have to admit, from gr.4 and on the grip is better.

IMO, the way how the road cars loose traction have a clear pattern... You rarely loose traction at corner entry or early mid corner no matter how aggressive you are, but accelerating from corner is like balancing on a thin line. It could be weight transfer or differential, but the way it occurs at great speeds in a basic sport car seems odd.
It takes some time to get used to... But, i find it highly annoying seeing drivers faster than me constantly loosing traction without consequences, as driving over the limit is super easy.

I understand that yes and no, I am not one of those who tries to fly around the corner. I just want to ask people if this is how it works in this game, if so than I know that I just have to be REALLY careful on the accelerator in this game. because with the dualshock I have absolutely no problem

I think that's how it works due to the poor lateral tyre grip & nonlinear throttle we currently have... Mild skidding is hardly time consuming in GTS, so just drive it within your own limits without spinning. You'll adapt, it's quite different to AC where it's optimal to hold traction.

I've been switching between GT6 and GTS in the past few days, and the grip on corner exits in GT6 is just glorious. In GTS you always have to anticipate for oversteer, which can suck out a lot of concentration from you especially in an intense race. Also, I think the FFB is better in GT6, because I can definitely feel the tires fighting for grip, as opposed to GTS where even with improvements in recent updates, the cars just sort of give up steering when they lose traction and spin out way too willingly.

I fully agree ..

FFB and Tyre models are better in GT6 than GTS.
FFB is in low end wheels and mid end wheels far superior in GT6 ...
Making in GTS a 800€ wheel with an "exclusive" "extra ffb" experience for the game is for me a really bad comercial decision.

Tyre model wheelspin and lateral grip is more credible and natural than the one GTS offers.

Personalized online lobbies in GT6 have also more settings and options than those in GTS ...

This has been an issue since launch of the game, nothing new. We received an “updated” tire model like 3 months ago but it’s still a far cry from Assetto Corsa, or even pCARS 2...

I believe that PD knows about this and they are working on a completely new tire model.

You’re kidding right? There’s a night and day diference, especially in low speed corners, but even in high speed corners, aerodynamics works in strange ways.
