Cars don't idle with G27?

I just got my G27 and I am getting used to it. I am not sure if this normal or not.

I am at a full stop with my clutch fully engaged and in neutral. The revs drop to 0 when they should be around 700.

Is this normal for G27 users?
 
Yes that is normal in GT5 (any clutch user), the same happened in GT5P for some unknown reason. When I use the clutch and I want to stop (at idle) I usually pull the left paddle, that disengages the clutch and lets the engine idle.

I am hoping when the new Thrustmaster wheel comes along which has a clutch and it is officially a GT wheel, PD will improve clutch support.
 
Oh ok, it's not a big deal anyways, just nitpicking really. Although I wonder why they haven't solved that problem.
