Cars goes missing?

Has any else experianced cars go missing from their garage?

Ive pretty much all the cars in the game so when one appears in the lot for sale its bought and 'ticked' off the list, but recently i have noticed cars comming up for sale that were already purchassed and then when i check in the garage they are indeed missing?

Any ideas?
 
In the past ive bought cars, or recieved cars from friends then come back the next day to find they have gone, so now every time i buy/recieve a car i hit the save button and have not lost any since.

My best guess is that you've reached the in game limit for "items" you can have. Although I don't think that's the case here.
