Ringmini. Looks like a piece of crap but still quite fast. Good handling too.

Mine has the 3.9 Liter V6 with the towing package. I don't have any performance numbers but I have suprized a few people with it...

I am looking into getting some performance upgrades for it... any suggestions?
 
Gran National GNX in my eyes is a big sleeper in my eyes. I wonder how many 70 year old grandpas the dealerships tried to test drive that Buick!

Kind of off topic but, my brother just got a new job and is gonna be making $10.50 an hour. Possibly this summer or the next, he's thinking about getting a skyline and making payments! He's not completely sure, but he was thinking about it. I hope he gets it. Imagine the attention that will get!!! AHHH!
 
Importing it is the cheap/easy part. Legalizing it cost's a fortune!

yeah. there's a local shop around my area with a white S15 Silvia for sale, $20,000. hard part is legalizing that sucker

Sell it and get an 89-90 turbo caravan/voyageur. Lose a few pounds, throw on a huge a** intercooler, bump up the boost, and you have a 14-15 second minivan. From there things can only get better. Theres not too much performance wise that can be done to the 3.0/3.9s.
 
My 97 Grand Am runs a 15.9. Sure thats not fast but it is quicker than alot of cars out there. It can suprise a few people.

Other sleepers = 97-03 Grand Prix GTP, they are mid to high 14's stock and with around 400 you can get 14.0's

The turbo Spirit is also a sleeper. Those things are alot faster than they should be
 
Ford Falcon XT - boring family car:
16 flat 1/4 mile, 7.4 second 0-60 mph.

Not bad for a AU$30000 car. (equiv car price ~US$15000 usually)

I've seen it surprise enough hot hatches :)
