today when i was testing a car in this case the toyota 2000GT i found some thing nice, ok now when i do the first run saw the odometer that is moving! i never saw this on another car.

these are the cars i tested

Toyota 2000GT '67 (mileage in kms)
Ford Mustang Mach 1 '71 (mileage in miles)
Pontiac Firebird Trans Am '78 (mileage in miles)
Mazda DEMIO SPORT '10 (mileage in kms)
Toyota Vitz RS 1.5 '07 (mileage in kms)
Alfa Romeo MiTo 1.4 T Sport '09 (mileage in kms)

The first Honda FIT RS you get has a working odometer. Measures in Kilometres.

I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them. Some have working clocks, too.

Is there any chronology to this, like (and I stress this is an example) if a car was introduced in GT5 Prologue then it doesn't have this?

i don't know seems randomly, because some new cars added in gt6 don't have that part working
