Tell me why you buy some cars no matter what, even if you already have 5 of them. ( I just bought my 4th Buick GNX cause I love the car! )

..they are your favorite car or..

..everyone wants it or..

..they are super rare or ..

..they come in a million colors, and you don't have this one! Or...

Colours yes,sometimes.:) or because someone here may want them,can use them as bargaining tools.;)
 
I buy every RX7 that I see in the UCD. And I have yet to see the RX7 LM Race Car! :grumpy: This has to be the hardest car to get. The only ticket that you can get it from is a 1000, and you can't trade it. But yea, I have a love fest for RX7's. :)
 
I guess a proper answer to the op would be Skylines,Silvia's and S2000's,also I did see an RX7 racer but I couldn't afford it at the time. :ouch:
 
any thing japanesse i look at, i buy the better ones out of the ranges..

This is why I do my best not to go under a million credits. I stay right around 1.5mill which is my limit to spend on any car, unless its something crazy like the Escudo!

Yeah,I have that unwritten rule now but this was early on in the game long before the multiplied pay offs.

I have this same rule, but my minimum is 2 mil. Just incase 2 RX7 Racers show up in the same UCD! :dopey:
 
I haven't seen it since..though I have picked up some nice cars like the afore mentioned Escudo,XJ220 racer,205 rally 85 and a few more.
 
I have about 5m and I'm going back for more after the 4 hour Nurb' race.
 
I have 6mill at the start of the day, I bought about 35-40 cars, a small part of that 35-40 are cars I tuned to beat the Supercar Seasonal for fun and credits. I tried to use a car that while fully modded and tuned would win, and get me my money back with profit. That was my morning challenge.
 
Yeah,I've been doing that one alot. I even tried in my RM Civic '97 came 4th.
 
I'm with GasolineJunkie... I have a LOT of RX-7's. Something like 45 at last count...including 3 RM's (sorry, GJ... I'd send you one if I could). I also buy any old American muscle cars that show up, especially Superbirds and Cudas, mostly 'cuz a lot of people on my friends list race a lot of muscle. Recently, I've been buying just about anything with low mileage (kilometerage?), as long as its decent, for future trades and such.

It was in OCD a while ago and I see them occasionally

You might have me beat. I think I was at 37 at last count. (Might have bought a couple since then.)

I'm going to check the ucd after bob has finished his 9 hour grind at Tskuba Circuit. ;) I'll let you know.
 
I had to buy every color of LFA and all the Nismo cars. A big fan of Toyota Supra's as well.
