OK, just a silly thread.

- Which 2 cars do you absolutely love to drive and regularly win high a-spec races with?

&

- Which 2 cars do you absolutely love to drive despite rarely (or never) being able to win high a-spec races with?

- In both cases state (approximately) how difficult a race you can *routinely* win in the vehicle.

--------------------------------------------

I'll start:

Winners:

Lotus Elise 111R (200)
Alpine 1600s (200)

Losers:

Yellowbird (120s)
Ford GT (60s UGH!)

Winners:
DMC De Lorean (170-200)
Chevrolet Corvette (C1) (150-200)

Losers:
RUF CTR "Yellowbird" (any amount of A-Spec points. I have never won a race with it.)
Spyker C8 Laviolette (anywheres from 10-75. The brakes suck.).

Winners
Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren
Mercedes SL65

Losers
All french cars
All American cars

Winners:
Ford GT
Corvette Z06

Loosers:
Skyline GT-R M-Spec Nur (I can't ever get comfortable with the car to push it hard)
Spyker C8 (I expected more from a car this expensive, and I love the looks, but damnit I can't find any comfort zones with this car)

Winners:

R92CP(50-150's)
Spyker C8(30-120's)

Losers:

RUF YellowBird
Cizeta V16T :yuck:

Winners:
TVR Speed 12 (You have to learn how to drive this car fast though)
RUF RGT

Losers:
RUF Yellowbird (Understeers like a city bus)
Saleen S7 with sport tires (It has pitiful braking on sports; slicks fix this problem though)

winning with:
lancia stratos (about 60 points)
mugen/spoon/amuse s2000 (all good and different) (about 50)

losing with:
slr mclaren(difficulty is always turned up to 6)
ive been trying to win with a stock opel vectra on le sarthe II but its tough with any difficulty. most full size/mid size sedans seem to go just faster that i can push the opel (about 145 points)

Winners:
Nissan Skyline (KPGC10) fully modded, it wins races against Zondas etc.
Yellowbird, seems like you guys just don't know how to drive it properly!

Losers:
Ford GT
Pagani Zonda (the most expensive one, haven't tried the others).
