Carsend reset time?

Ok so I send alot of cars and duplicate some for friends I was wondering is there a set reset time eg. 12am or is it 24hrs from send time. Also any glitches to send more cars in a day?

Its a specific time, I think for me its ~5PM PST and 1 car/ticket gift per PS3 per day.

For the USA the resets are 4pm PST, 5pm Mtn, 6pm Central, 7pm EST.

All trade resets are at 0 GMT.. We are all in different timezones, but 0 GMT is 0 GMT.

Trade reset time also changed with daylight savings.. PST trade time is now 5pm not 4pm. And EST is now 8pm, no longer 7pm..

If your in Frisco, your trade reset time is 5pm PST (daylight savings)..
